Data processed when you visit

The site sets no cookies of its own and has no analytics or advertising tools. Our host, Vercel Inc. (San Francisco, USA), keeps technical logs such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser for a short period to run the site securely. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

Your colour theme choice is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us. Fonts and 3D models are served from our own domain.

Two outside services run on the contact page only. The Google Maps map showing our location loads with the page; Google may process your IP address and use its own cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from bots and reads technical information from your browser to do so. The basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

When you contact us

Information you send us by email, phone or form is used only to answer your request and to handle a possible business relationship (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f)). It is kept as long as the request requires and as statutory retention periods demand.

The name, company, country, email and message you enter in the contact form are not stored on the site; they reach our team as an email through the mail service Resend, Inc. (USA).

Transfers abroad

Our hosting provider Vercel Inc. (San Francisco, USA), as well as Resend, Cloudflare and Google, may process data on servers outside Türkiye and the EU, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards: standard contracts under KVKK Art. 9 and, under the GDPR, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Under GDPR Arts. 15-21 and KVKK Art. 11 you may access your data, ask for it to be corrected, erased or restricted, object to processing and request portability. Write to contact@hawxaerospace.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your supervisory authority or to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
